In November 2015, the New Mexico Resiliency Alliance hired Lisa Roach as its first Executive Director. Lisa Roach is committed to building community resiliency in rural New Mexico. A community planner and historic preservationist by training, Lisa is understands that true community change takes both time and an iterative, multi-pronged approach that brings a community’s history and unique identity to bear on its future growth and development.
